Stopped Repeat Basement Flooding Near the Pompton River, Wayne
A low-lying Wayne home flooded every heavy storm. We diagnosed a failed sump system and a partially blocked storm drain, then fixed both.

The Problem
Several inches of water in a finished basement after every significant rain, ruining flooring and belongings repeatedly.
Our Diagnosis
The primary sump pump was undersized and had no battery backup, and the exterior storm drainage was partially clogged with silt, so storm-driven groundwater had nowhere to go.
The Solution
We installed a properly sized primary sump pump with a battery backup system, cleared and jetted the storm drainage, and confirmed flow under load.
The Result
The basement has stayed completely dry through subsequent storms, including a power outage the battery backup covered seamlessly.
